About the Role
OPZIQ AG is looking for a highly capable AI Process Optimization Specialist to lead the implementation of AI technologies across our internal systems and business functions. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies and developing intelligent automation solutions that enhance performance and support scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze internal workflows and identify areas for AI and automation integration.
- Develop, test, and implement AI models that optimize business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI tools effectively.
- Evaluate the performance of implemented AI solutions and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed about emerging AI trends and apply them strategically.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in AI development, automation, or business process optimization.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages; experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with data handling, analysis, and visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an operations-heavy or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
- Multilingual abilities, especially German
