About the Role

OPZIQ AG is seeking a motivated and skilled Project & Operations Manager to lead project execution while optimizing internal operations through AI-supported strategies. This role combines leadership, strategic oversight, and process design to help us scale our solutions and improve operational performance. You’ll work closely with our international team to drive excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across internal and client-facing initiatives.
• Design and implement efficient operational processes across departments.
• Integrate AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Define and monitor KPIs for projects and operations to ensure consistent improvement.
• Coordinate with technical and creative teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and recommend system improvements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management and operational leadership.
• Experience with AI-driven tools or process optimization methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of accountability and problem-solving mindset.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience in a tech or AI-related organization.
• Multilingual capabilities, especially German or French, are a plus.
