The Challenge

Team content production rarely fails because of a lack of ideas. The real challenge is coordination: drafts are stored in documents, feedback is scattered across chats, and the latest version is somewhere in between. Without a central place for feedback, the same corrections are repeated with every new piece of content.

For Vivo Bene, we therefore set up Notion as the central content management system. Each piece of content includes its status, channel, owner, and feedback history, while AI generates drafts within this structured workflow.

Topics, campaign goals, and tone of voice are managed in a structured Notion database — creating one central source of truth for the entire team.

AI Generation
Based on the briefing, AI generates copy drafts, captions, and variations. Today this is done directly through ChatGPT, with future automation planned through Kortix and Make.
Transfer to Notion
Each draft is added to the content database as a card with its status, channel, and owner.
Team Feedback & Approval
The team comments directly in Notion. No more back-and-forth across chats and emails — feedback stays connected to the content.
Feedback Loop
Collected feedback becomes context for the next cycle, continuously improving content quality.
Publishing
Approved content is published across Vivo Bene’s channels, with every step documented in Notion.
